Responsibilities

- Service Writer – sell appropriate service work to
customer, create estimates, vehicle scheduling
- Maintain inventory control, order parts and materials

- Process daily cash, including cash reconciliations and
bank-deposit preparation
Employee Management
- Hire, train, and supervise technicians in mechanical craftsmanship,
technical applications, quality control, and customer service
- Manage employee hours, overtime, and time cards
- Oversee technician recommendations regarding customer
vehicle repairs
