Powder Coating

Powder coating is a process that electrostatically applies powdered paint to metal parts. The static charge pulls the paint into every crevice insuring complete coverage and rust protection. Once the powder paint is applied, the part is baked at a high temperature. This allows the paint to melt and flow into various finishes such as gloss, semi-gloss, and flat.

The paint comes in many colors from hot pink to flat black. The transparent tint looks great over metal parts. The parts are degreased and bead blasted clean to insure paint adhesion.

Once the part is baked, it's heat and scratch resistant finish provides a durable, even, long lasting coating. It's great for rims, mags, and engine parts. Please contact me if you would like an affordable estimate.
