CSS Based, Search Engine Friendly - build it yourself tutorial

Project 7 has a tutorial that creates a search engine friendly, horizontal, single level drop-down menu. You don't have to have any special software just basic, entry level CSS and HTML knowledge. The menu is an HTML list that's specially formatted using CSS; therefore, the list functions as a drop-down menu. A bit of Javascript is added to the <head> section of your page. We used this tutorial to build the menu for this site, and it works in a wide variety of browsers.
